At the introductory meeting (in your offices, or ours), CMC’s first and primary goal will be to carefully listen to, and understand:

All specific details of the 4 steps in NAV*EXT™, with permissible examples of past projects/solutions. We’ll provide a “preview guide” of what the NAV*EXT™ journey will entail, and how it would be meaningful and successful in addressing your marketing challenges.
All specific details of the Joint Field Investigations (JFIs) process. We’ll describe “how it works and what to expect” in conducting on-site fieldwork. We’ll tailor the description of applications to your case at hand.
A description and discussion of our client-centered method of general marketing consulting.
